The most powerful ball lift in the world
To maximize efficiency gains and operational benefits, NGT has developed a new ball elevator based on the same modular pneumatic technology used in the airOsetter.
The ball elevator impresses with its economical energy consumption.
Unlike other ball elevator systems, the airOvator ball elevator only consumes energy when needed to transport a ball back to the player's area. Once a ball is detected by the IR photocell, it is lifted and gently placed on the ball return track. Only 5 bar (75 psi) of air pressure and a maximum of 24Vdc / 3W are temporarily required for proper operation.
The 24Vdc power supply is provided directly by the airOsetter. In standby mode, it consumes only 0.5 W of electrical power to keep the photocell operational. The combination of technologies used makes the airOvator by far the most energy-efficient spherical elevator in the world.
Low-maintenance operation
Extremely robust industrial bearings guarantee years of low-maintenance operation in your bowling center. By using polyethylene sliding plastic in the airOvator's construction, we have succeeded in reducing the airOvator's stroke length by half. This technical adaptation has resulted in an additional energy saving of almost 50%. This makes the airOvator one of the most efficient ball elevators in the world.
Since the airOvator is built from the same main components as the airOsetter and the airOlift, the need for spare parts is reduced to an absolute minimum.
